1. Who’s behind this?
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organized by TRAX Technologies GmbH i.G., based in Munich, Germany.

‍2. Who can enter?
You’re eligible if:
- You’re 18 or older
- You live in a country where giveaways like this are allowed
- You submit a valid email address and agree to hear from us about product news and updates

TRAX team members and close collaborators can’t enter – sorry, friends!

3. How to enter
Just drop your email into the TRAX sign-up form. That’s it.
You’ll also get the occasional email from us about product updates, surf tech, and launch news.
Only one entry per person. Multiple entries or bots = disqualified.
No purchase required.

4. Entry deadline
The raffle runs from June 5, 2025 to August 31, 2025 (11:59 PM CET).
Entries after the deadline won’t count.

5. What you could win
One lucky winner will get a TRAX Starter Pack, which includes:
- 1× TRAX Sensor
- 1× TRAX Traction
- 6-month premium membership

Retail value: ~€300 (subject to change)

🚨 Important: This prize depends on TRAX launching commercially. If that doesn’t happen, we may swap the prize for something else or cancel the giveaway altogether. There’s no cash alternative.

6. How the winner is picked
We’ll randomly draw one winner from all eligible entries on September 1, 2025.
We’ll reach out via email within 5 business days.

If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll draw a new winner.
If the TRAX product doesn’t launch, the prize may be canceled or substituted.

7. Your data & consent
By signing up, you agree to receive emails from TRAX. You can unsubscribe anytime.
We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR.

We don’t sell or share your data – ever.

You can contact us at any time to request access, corrections, or deletion of your info.

- Internet issues, failed submissions, or bugs
- Delays or changes to the prize
- Anything that goes wrong beyond our control

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Germany.
If your local laws don’t allow promotions like this, it’s void there.

We may update or cancel this giveaway if we have to – like if the internet breaks or the surf is too good to stay at our desks.
